Whittemore Ave neighborhood area and North Parking Lots:
- Building 1: Ongoing activities related to interior construction.
- Building 2: Construction activities for the interior and exterior are nearing completion
- Building 3: Continued construction activity related to both interior and exterior.
- Building 2 & Building 3 alleyway landscape installations completed and hardscape installations nearing completion
All pile-driving activities onsite, including Building 5 and the Garage, have been completed.
Winter heaters in Building 3 will continue to run throughout the season. In late October 2024, the Licensing Commission approved our application for a noise ordinance variance.
