Whittemore Ave neighborhood area and North Parking Lots:
- Building 1 will have ongoing activities related to interior construction.
- Building 2 construction activities for the interior are nearing completion, and the exterior is completed.
- Building 3 will have continued construction activity related to both interior and exterior.
- Building 2 & Building 3 alleyway landscape installations and hardscape nearing completion.
Winter heaters in Building 3 will continue to run throughout the season. In late October 2024, the Licensing Commission approved our application for a noise ordinance variance.
